Five Pillars of Islam.

Five Pillars (Arabic Arkan al-Islam, "pillars of Islam" or Arkan ud-Din, "pillars of the faith").
 The five primary duties of every Muslim: 


1. profession of faith(Shahada) there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. 

2.  Ritual prayer (Salat, 5 times a day)

3.Fasting during Ramadan (Sawm)

4.Charity (Zakat)

5.Pilgrimmage to Mecca (Hajj)

 Fulfillment of these duties brings rewards on earth and in the afterlife.
